About Therapy
My approach to therapy is to provide a safe space, free of shame, for clients to explore their motivations, values, and responses to their stories and actions. I use attachment-based techniques such as empathy, authenticity, and rupture repair to help clients move toward growth and healing. My goals are not to offer solutions but to foster autonomy within the client to help them live according to their values.
