About Therapy
Hannah believes therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are, without needing to have the right words or everything figured out. She works with adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, stress and burnout, anxiety, depression, body image concerns, and challenges related to identity and self-worth. Hannah is also particularly passionate about working with first responders. She understands the unique culture, demands, and experiences of these professions through her own background as a paramedic.
Hannah's approach is holistic, warm, collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. Using an eclectic approach, she integrates techniques from ACT, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, tailoring them to individual needs.
