About Therapy

I believe that my role as a therapist is to provide a supportive but challenging environment where failing and vulnerability are safe. It is this kind of space that provides opportunity for clients to acknowledge the parts of themselves that they are afraid others will reject. Together, we will learn to address these parts with more care, curiosity, and understanding in a way which will reduce fear and promote a healthy re-integration of these parts into a more wholistic understanding of who you were created to be.
