About Therapy
I am deeply committed to fostering connection, creating safe spaces, and ensuring that every individual feels seen, heard, and valued. I’ve dedicated my career to public service—supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, women and children in crisis, and members of law enforcement.
These experiences have shaped my compassionate, trauma-informed approach to therapy. I believe that healing begins in relationships built on trust and authenticity. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, providing a supportive environment where growth and transformation can take place.
