Q: What are your fees for services?
A: We are committed to helping you have access to the treatment you need. Most major insurance companies cover our services. Often times, you are asked to simply pay your normal co-pay for office visits. If you don't have insurance, we will work to help make counseling as affordable as possible. Our fees for individuals without insurance are based on an ability to pay scale based federal guidelines. Our office staff would be able to more directly answer your questions over the telephone (785-776-4105). Our standard fee for therapy ranges from $110 to $125/45 minutes and $155 to $180/hour depending on the license of the provider.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes, we accept most insurance plans. However, not all clinicians accept all insurance, so please contact us to inquire about your specific insurance.
Q: How do I contact my provider after-hours in an emergency?
A: Our office staff generally works from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday). If you call after 5:00 pm, or on weekends, you will go to voicemail, with the option to be transferred to our after-hours emergency answering service. Our answering service is staffed by a person who will be able to contact a provider in the case of an emergency. If it is not an emergency, please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Also, even though our front office staff is not available to answer your call, that does not mean we are closed. If you have a scheduled appointment, your provider is in the office, most likely in session.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 1408 Poyntz Ave in Manhattan, Kansas. We are near the corner of 14th and Poyntz Ave. Parking is available on the side of the building or behind the building. The entrance to our lobby is on the east side of the building.
